Dear Dr. Buch,
Mike and I were married in 1982 and wanted children as soon as possible. We were told in 1984 that due to a medical problem we would never have children. But in 1987, we went to Houston to have a fairly new procedure to correct the problem. After an unsuccessful surgery and several failed attempts at private adoptions, still believing the Lord promised us children, we decided to look into surgery again. Mike contacted a doctor out of the yellow pages, made the appointment and realized after checking the website that this doctor (Dr. Buch) had assisted the main surgeon on the first surgery 13 years earlier. We then knew that the Lord had directed us to you.
This time the procedure [epididymovasostomy] was successful, but still pregnancy did not happen. We were told that in vitro fertilization might be needed. Fortunately though, on Christmas Eve in 2001, 19 years after we started trying to have children, we found out that I was pregnant. On August 26, 2002, Benjamin was born at a healthy 8 lbs. 8 oz. and 21 ¼ inches long. Thank you Dr. Buch for your help with us having our little "miracle baby."

About 6 weeks early, on January 24, 2002, Casey blessed us with his arrival. 5 lbs. 3 oz. and 19 inches long into this world he came. I don't know if you hear it enough, but thank you for being so good at your job.
